What should I share for an initial conversation?
A rough project description, location, goals, budget range and any relevant plans or photographs are a useful starting point. It is fine if some details are still undecided.
Can you help with planning and approvals?
Planning requirements vary by location and project. We can discuss the design and documentation support that may be appropriate, and identify when local authority or specialist advice is needed.
How are architectural fees and timelines decided?
Fees and timescales depend on the scope, complexity, location and level of service. After learning more about your project, we can outline a suitable scope and the next steps.
Do you work on renovations as well as new builds?
Yes. We can discuss new-build, renovation, interior and commercial briefs, from early feasibility and concepts through design development and documentation.
